Young girls from Asturias, Galicia, and Castilla y Léon are now placed in Hungary performing several solidarity actions. They come from different parts of Spain and have various backgrounds and experiences, but they have been united just for one thing: helping others. And the strength of that bond has been proved through all the things they have done during their stay in the country.
They have cooperated and collaborated, ceding and following the common goals, to achieve all the purposes they had established before moving there. They have had also the great luck of participating in a wide range of activities in which the sense, objectives, and actions were different and reacquired other skills, knowledge, and efforts, making the experience very enriching.
The main need was to assist people with a mental and physical disability, taking care of them, stimulating their psychical capacities, and involving them in games, entertaining dynamics, and enhancing their range of reasoning. Thus, they were committed to paying special attention to all the necessities and demands they needed and following strictly the personal framework of action with every beneficiary.
Furthermore, they cooked for them and helped them to eat every meal of the day. Besides that, they composed educational materials and guides for children in schools with a lack of resources and means, contributing to providing them with useful tools to study and do their homework.
In addition to these actions, the young girls worked on the maintenance of a public park in the city, where they cleaned and arranged the elements placed there, making up the stuff and painting the playground area.
