At International Youth Cooperation we keep growing and launching new initiatives. From Suomi (Finland), IYC has just launched a new project: “Voices of the Future”. This initiative will run throughout the year with monthly meetings, aiming to listen to young people, give space to their concerns, and foster dialogue that inspires fresh ideas to transform our communities.
Meanwhile, they continue with our weekly food distribution activities, held every Friday and Sunday to support those who need it most. This ongoing work is only possible thanks to the commitment of our volunteers and the support of the community.
In September, we were also joined by the Chinese community in Helsinki, who came to help during the food distribution. It was a wonderful example of how solidarity crosses borders. You can see some photos from that day here: Instagram.
